1. Services Offered

Oxylife Wellness Center offers the following services:

• Hyperbaric chambers

• Infrared sauna

• Cold plunge

• Therapeutic massages

• Vitamin, amino acid, and nutritional supplement infusions

• Pilates classes

2. Eligibility Requirements

• Services are exclusively for individuals over 18 years old.

• Before receiving any treatment, clients must sign a consent form that includes information about potential risks associated with the treatments.

3. Facility Conduct Rules

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all clients, the following rules must be adhered to:

• Appropriate attire: Clients must wear suitable and non-revealing clothing.

• Use of services: Walking naked in the facilities is not permitted, especially when leaving the sauna or the cold plunge.

• Silence: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, clients are asked to speak quietly and avoid loud interruptions.

• Hygiene: Although we do not have showers, restrooms are available for client use.

4. Right of Admission

Oxylife Wellness Center reserves the right of admission. We reserve the right to deny access or interrupt services for anyone who does not comply with our conduct rules, compromises the safety or comfort of other clients, or exhibits inappropriate behavior.

5. Punctuality and Reservations

• Punctuality is required to ensure all clients receive their services on time.

• If you arrive late, the lost time will not be refunded or made up.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Currently, our cancellation and refund policies are under development. These will be communicated in due course and will apply to all future bookings.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Oxylife Wellness Center is not responsible for injuries, adverse reactions, or inconveniences resulting from non-compliance with these rules or instructions provided by our staff.

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in treatments.

8. Modifications to Terms

Oxylife Wellness Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Oxylife Wellness Center, clients fully accept these terms and conditions.
