How to use an infrared sauna?

To make the most of the benefits of an infrared sauna, follow these recommendations:

  • Proper hydration: Drink water before entering the sauna to compensate for fluid loss due to sweating.

  • Gradual session duration: Start with 10-minute sessions, gradually increasing to more than 45 minutes per session.

  • Natural cooling: After your session, allow your body to cool down naturally and drink more water to rehydrate.

  • Recommended frequency: It is recommended to use the sauna three to four times a week, although some experienced users may benefit from more frequent sessions.
